Understanding that your needs can change over time, Meg assists you in creating the tools you need to meet your evolving goals. Meg's main purpose is to equip you with the self-awareness and confidence to make the best decisions for yourself. She believes each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not by following the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

3 Day Detox
Enjoy a brief reset of mind and body through seasonal foods and self-care. Allow this gentle detox from processed foods to leave your feeling invigorated and excited for more mindful and intentional living.

Individual Nutrition Coaching:
Initial Consultation: 1-hour consultation including an in-depth health history that covers current and past eating habits. We will discuss personal wellness recommendations and map out 2-3 goals that are specific to your individual needs.
Follow-Up Consultation: This 30-minute consultation reviews the progress you have made with your goals. We will go over any challenges and develop strategies for moving forward and achieving your goals. During this consultation, I will provide you with feedback on the progress you have made so far.
Concierge Bundle: You can purchase a set of 4 follow-up consultations to further work on your goals and progress.
Clients have access to the free app, Healthie, for providing their food log and for follow up support.
This program is designed for individuals who are unsure of the type of program they would be best suited and are unsure of committing to a long-term option.
